The role will support the team in managing national and international sales orders, ensuring correct execution of all operational and document procedures. It requires constant interaction with customers, suppliers and internal departments to guarantee efficiency and compliance.Key Responsibilities
Insert orders and manage logistics (active and passive cycle).Prepare documentation for national and international shipments (import/export).Provide and update delivery dates to customers, ensuring compliance with confirmed dates at order time.Respond to customer requests and resolve logistic problems promptly.Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements in logistics operations.Analyse forecast and support purchase planning of raw materials and finished products.Monitor and analyse production costs, additional costs and purchase costs of raw materials and finished products.Manage stock with a focus on reducing non-conforming and/or expired products.
Requirements
Degree in Industrial/Logistics Engineering, Economics or equivalent.Knowledge of supply chain processes.Previous experience in the role is desirable.Fluency in English (spoken and written).Good knowledge of Office package, especially Excel.Excellent analytical, organisational and interpersonal skills.Knowledge of Zucchetti Infinity Ad Hoc ERP is preferred.
