Arkage is looking for an Account Manager, is that you?What you do on a daily basisYou will work within the Client Management team and report to the Head of Operations and to the Account Director, managing assigned clients and projects with a focus on effective delivery and long-term relationships.You will be responsible for the end-to-end management of agency projects, ensuring proper planning, task execution and delivery according to scope, timing, quality standards and agreed budgets.You will manage the day-to-day relationship with clients, preparing and leading operational meetings and status updates, in close collaboration with the CX Manager, who oversees the overall client strategy.You may be involved in pitch processes, especially in the private sector, managing the project team from brief to final presentation, and presenting the project management and delivery plan to the client.You will autonomously manage project budgets and cost plans, in agreement with the CX Manager, monitoring profitability and ensuring alignment with the administrative and finance teams on billing pipeline and milestones.Ideally, you will have experience or strong familiarity with video production processes, so that you can efficiently manage video-related projects and liaise with production partners.You will manage relationships with external suppliers involved in the project (e.g. production companies, freelancers, technical partners), overseeing timings, costs and quality of deliverables.Who you areExcellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skillsPrevious Account Management experience with agencies / content agencies (at least 2 years experience)Good Knowledge of Hubspot CRMKnowledge of Growth Marketing TechniquesAbility to travel at least 10% of the timeHaving good English is absolutely essential#J-18808-Ljbffr
