In this role you design the mechanical parts of power transformers, ensuring compliance with customer specs, IEC rules, and internal standards. You collaborate with cross‑functional teams to create 3D designs and calculations, participate in design reviews, and manage risks and changes. You translate requirements into specifications for suppliers and manufacturing, while maintaining quality, cost, and schedule. You’ll contribute to a mission‑driven, technically challenging environment with opportunities to travel and grow.

3D design of mechanical internal parts of transformers, with drawings and calculations per specification
participate in design reviews and verification; manage contract changes via variation requests
follow work plans, cost estimates, and deliver quality outputs on time and within cost
perform risk and opportunity assessments and implement actions
report issues to management and participate in project meetings
collaborate with supply chain, review vendor documentation, and evaluate standard materials/equipment proposals
create purchase/manufacturing specifications, interface with suppliers and production

Responsabilità
Engineering degree or technical diploma xjrgpwk in electrical/mechanical
2–3 years of experience in mechanical/electromechanical design
experience in transformers is a plus
good knowledge of CAD 2D/3D
PTC Creo Parametric and SAP knowledge is a plus
good knowledge of English and Italian
availability for short, occasional trips to customers/suppliers
