You will introduce innovative payment processes for car dealer groups and other industries. You are responsible for training operational managers (remotely/on-site) on our product usage. You identify potential “stumbling blocks” in the onboarding project and eliminate them in coordination with customers and colleagues from other departments. You will be in charge of upgrading our solution for existing clients. Through close customer contact, you help to improve our product and processes. Your profile You have at least 5 years of experience in digital (multi) project management, preferably with proven successful projects. You have a structured, organized approach, even under stress: you can manage multiple tasks simultaneously. You communicate clearly and confidently at C-level, even in tense situations. You are willing to travel to customer sites. You are native or bilingual in Italian, fluent in business English, and eager to work in a fast-paced environment.
