On behalf of our client operating in the spirits industry, we are looking for a Sales Analyst:
Day-to-day :
Sales Performance & Analytics
· Maintain and update the Sales Tracker (T&E, market investments, depletions, A&P spend, tracker vs annual goal)
· Consolidate monthly forecasts across international markets
· Monitor budget vs actual performance by Business Unit
· Prepare performance dashboards for management and board reporting
· Conduct pricing and margin analysis per market
Market & Distributor Management Support
· Support the management of selected international markets
· Participate in distributor calls and business reviews
· Assist in defining annual sales targets and activation calendars
· Track A&P budgets and ROI of activations
· Monitor compliance with distribution agreements
Sales Operations & Cross-Functional Coordination
· Oversee the order process (invoicing with CFO, logistics with COO, local compliance requirements)
· Coordinate back labels and regulatory adaptations
· Support US market back-office operations
· Monitor inventory levels across markets
Market Intelligence & Brand Execution
· Conduct market profiling and competitor analysis
· Monitor pricing architecture across markets (preventing parallel trade risk)
· Ensure brand guidelines are respected in distributor communication
· Support organization of trade shows and key activations
Background:
* Master’s Degree in Economics or Analytical Sciences.
* One year of professional experience in Sales Analysis.
* Proven experience working within consultancy firms.
* Excellent proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
* Advanced command of Microsoft Excel for data management and analysis.
