We are looking for a dynamic self-starter that thrives in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will be accountable for the recruitment for one or more clients, with a focus on meeting and/or exceeding performance expectations as identified by Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and ensuring a positive and efficient experience for prospective candidates and our clients. What you’ll be doing Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and define recruitment strategies. Be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment strategy from go to market through to contract negotiation. Maintain candidate engagement throughout the recruitment lifecycle. Entering and tracking candidate data in ATS and CRM systems to track the candidate’s journey. Maintaining effective, ongoing relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process, in addition to candidates who are in between assignments. Provide regular updates and reports to clients on recruitment progress to build trust in the end-to-end recruitment delivery. Assisting with coordinating and running recruitment events to support candidate attraction for the client. Manage supplier partners and third-party recruitment agencies. About you We’re looking for someone with a proven track record in recruitment, ideally with experience managing multiple requisitions and working with senior stakeholders in fast-paced environments. It would be advantageous to hold experience in IT sectors. Fluent level of Italian and English. Previous experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and/or CRM systems is preferred. Experience working with Success Factors or Phenom People is advantageous. Excellent communication skills, to confidently face off to senior stakeholders involved in the recruitment process.
