Ph3Housekeeping Manager – Rome Marriott Park Hotel /h3 pThe Russotti Gestioni Hotels Spa company, for its Rome Marriott Park Hotel, is looking for an exceptionally organized and inspiring Housekeeping Manager to join our team. A professional and experienced Housekeeping Manager supports daily shift operations, performs impeccable housekeeping services, and provides guests with a safe, clean environment. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liMonitor and organize all daily operations of the Housekeeping Department, including the cleanliness of all guest rooms, public areas, and employee areas. /li liCommunicate and coordinate with all departments about daily operations. /li liEnsure supervision, control, and implementation of service and company standards through clear and effective communication with the contracted service provider. /li liDevelop and update internal procedures related to department management in alignment with company and service standards, as well as contractual agreements, where services are outsourced. /li liLead, hire, and train hotel housekeeping staff to adhere to high standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction. /li liOrganize work shifts for ordinary and extraordinary cleaning following the main daily activities required. /li liOversee the Housekeeping Department Budget to define a departmental cost control plan in line with management assignments. /li liDocument and communicate to the Front Office in a timely and efficient manner, for example room status or any issue such as room damage or maintenance requests. /li liEnsure all cleaning equipment is available in stock and in proper working condition, making arrangements for repairs as needed. /li /ul h3Qualifications and Experience /h3 ul li3‑year degree from an accredited university in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration or a related major. /li liAt least 3 years of supervisory experience in Housekeeping Management or a related professional area. /li liProven experience in managing outsourced cleaning services. /li liCompulsory knowledge of English at level B2.
