The Candidate, within the Corporate Controlling team, and reporting directly to the Group Head of Controlling and functionally to the Group Chief Operations Officer, will be responsible for the standardization of the industrial management control system for all the Operations end to end from supply chain to purchasing to manufacturing to delivery product to customer. In particular, he/she will be responsible for the following activities:Standardization of industrial control processes and procedures for all the Operations at global level;Construction and management of production KPI dashboards;Drafting, supervision and control of the Budget and Forecast process for the entire operations area (COGS mng 500 mln€);Drafting and supervision of the monthly and quarterly reports and presentation to the Group COO and industrial management;Determination of total landed productions costs in the financial statement and analysis of variances;Supervision and management of the release process of standard product costs;Ad hoc analysis (direct labor, raw material, make / buy);Analysis of Variances (Bill, Cycles, Production Orders);Stock enhancement and control, stock analysis;Investment control and payback analysis;Audit of industrial costs for Maccaferri production plants;Analysis and review of production costs (Transformation Cost, Opex, Capex).The ideal candidate has the following requirements:Degree in Management Engineering or Economics w. at least 7 years’ experience in similar roles in the industrial department;Fluency in English;Knowledge of the industrial control activities;Knowledge of Italian and international accounting principles;Excellent knowledge of Excel and PPT;Advanced use of reporting and data analysis tools (SAP and TAGETIK);Willingness to travel;Relational and cross-functional skills;Good problem-solving skills.OverviewEstablished in 1879, Officine Maccaferri is a leading international provider of advanced solutions to the civil, geotechnical, and environmental construction markets, offering a wide range of solutions: from erosion protection to hydraulic works and from rockfall mitigation systems to soil reinforcement.
