In this role, you will work with leading Financial Services institutions and fintech innovators, supporting them in the analysis, design, and implementation of enterprise infrastructures based on DLT and blockchain, as well as in the integration of digital asset solutions. /p h3About the Team /h3 pThe Blockchain Digital Assets Competence Center supports clients in adopting DLT and blockchain technologies, guiding them through a journey that spans from strategy definition to the implementation and transformation of IT solutions. We work on innovative initiatives — from institutional custody to digital asset tokenization — with a strong focus on enterprise architectures and integrations. /p h3Your Impact /h3 pThe ideal candidate combines strong technical foundations with a consulting mindset: the ability to structure complex problems, translate business requirements into technical implementations, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams throughout the full delivery lifecycle. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liSupport the definition of target architectures and evolution roadmaps for blockchain-based platforms, with a focus on web and server-side solutions. /li liContribute to the development and delivery of full-stack components (backend, frontend, and integrations with third-party providers). /li liParticipate in the lifecycle management of IT projects in the blockchain and DLT space, supporting activities from scope definition to delivery. /li liCollaborate with technical teams and business stakeholders, helping ensure timelines and quality standards are met. /li liSupport the preparation of technical documentation and tender specifications (RFPs). /li liMonitor emerging trends in Web3, DeFi, and asset tokenization, contributing to the evaluation of their practical applications. /li liParticipate in knowledge sharing and applied research activities within the Competence Center. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul li1 – 3 years of experience in IT or technology projects /li liBasic knowledge of blockchain technologies and platforms (e.g. "Ethereum", "Hyperledger Fabric", or "Corda"). /li liKnowledge of core blockchain concepts such as smart contracts, consensus mechanisms, and the UTXO model. /li liFamiliarity with smart contract development or review (e.g. "Solidity") and understanding of key security principles. /li liUnderstanding of integration methods with blockchain systems. /li liFamiliarity with the use of terminal environments and command-line interface (CLI) tools. /li liKnowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript and Node.js for backend services or application integrations. /li liExperience using and testing REST, RPC, and WebSocket APIs. /li liAbility to understand full-stack application architectures and interact effectively with cross-functional teams, including security and infrastructure teams. /li liFluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken. /li liStrong analytical mindset, curiosity toward emerging technologies, and ability to work in teams. /li liInterest in working in a consulting environment. /li /ul h3Nice to Have /h3 ul liFamiliarity with blockchain development tools (Hardhat, Truffle, Foundry or similar). /li liBasic knowledge of regulatory frameworks related to digital assets (e.g. "MiCA", "TFR"). /li liFamiliarity with real-world asset tokenization solutions. /li liBasic knowledge of cloud architectures (Azure, AWS, GCP). /li liFamiliarity with token standards (ERC-20, ERC-721, ERC-1155). /li liBasic knowledge of software testing practices, Test-Driven Development (TDD), DevOps, and the use of AI agents from the terminal. /li liCertifications or courses in project management, blockchain, or cloud technologies. /li liFamiliarity with project management tools (e.g. "Jira", "Confluence") and Agile/Scrum methodologies. /li /ul h3Why Join Us /h3 pYou will join a growing and dynamic team working on high-impact initiatives in the blockchain and digital assets ecosystem.
