You will oversee daily accounting functions, maintain strong internal controls, support strategic financial decision‐making, and ensure compliance with all company policies and local regulations.Your main responsibilities will include:
Monitoring revenues, expenses, and analyzing variancesOverseeing day‐to‐day accounting operations (AP, AR, income audit)Ensuring compliance with the hotel's chart of accounts and company financial standardsImplementing and maintaining internal controls to safeguard assetsEnsuring compliance with local laws, regulations, and tax requirementsAssisting in tax return preparation and governmental filingsReviewing balance sheet reconciliations for accuracySupporting senior management and the Director of Finance with analysisProviding financial insights to identify trends and opportunitiesSupporting daily cash management functionsMonitoring third‐party billing, payments, and POS transactionsAdditional responsibilities and tasks can be added at any time according to the needs of the business and of the hotel.
What We're Looking For
Proven experience in hotel or luxury‐hospitality finance (supervisory level)Strong knowledge of accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal controlsExcellent analytical, organizational, and leadership skillsHigh level of accuracy, integrity, and attention to detailAbility to manage multiple deadlines in a dynamic environmentProficiency in accounting and hotel systems (Opera Cloud, Business Central/Navision)Strong communication skills and a collaborative approachFluent in Italian. English or any additional language is an advantage.Passion for excellence and commitment to delivering exceptional results
