PpWe are recruiting a bService Technician /b to strengthen our service team in Italy. /p h3Main Responsibilities /h3 pInstall, commission, inspect, troubleshoot and repair steel belts and processing equipment supplied, or serviced by IPCO. Ensure customer satisfaction throughout the full lifecycle of the equipment. /p pPromote spare parts, maintenance requirements, upgrades, and service agreements. /p pCoordinate, prepare, and ensure that all tools, parts and service equipment are maintained and available for service activities at the appropriate level of quality required by IPCO. /p pPromptly prepare service reports with suitable advices to be sent to the customer. /p pApply safety rules and practices as well as environmental responsibilities. /p pAct in accordance to IPCO’s Code of Conduct. Report unsafe practices and incidents. /p h3Requirements /h3 pTechnical diploma or similar. /p pMin. 1-3 years of industrial or service experience. /p pExperience in TIG welding.
