Ph3Experteer Overview /h3pAs Legal Counsel, you will support contracts, regulatory matters and legal advice across EMEA and globally. You will draft and negotiate commercial, procurement, logistics agreements and NDAs for sourcing and RD teams. You will provide regulatory guidance on medical devices, PPE, clinical trials, and environmental issues, collaborating with the Ops legal team in Agordo, Milano and Paris. You help manage legal risk and enable cross-border operations in a dynamic, global organization. /ph3Retribuzione / Benefits /h3ulliReview, draft and negotiate services and purchasing agreements, logistics and other commercial contracts /liliDraft and negotiate development and collaboration agreements for RD /liliProvide regulatory legal advice on medical devices, PPE, and related documentation /liliSupport in organizing trainings, drafting templates, intercompany agreements, and NDAs /liliOffer general legal support to internal clients and other members of the Ops legal team /li /ulh3Responsabilità /h3ulliMinimum of 5 years' experience in commercial law /liliBasic expertise in regulatory matters /liliExperience in sourcing and procurement contracts /liliKnowledge of medical devices regulation (strong plus) /liliLife science practice experience in a law firm (advantage) /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
