About the Role:

We are currently looking for a talented Senior Art Director who will support the success of Ferrero products by developing “Above the Line” creative advertising campaigns, particularly for TV, starting from a brief and under the guidance of our Executive Creative Directors.
You will work in a highly dynamic, international, and structured environment within Ferrero’s global creative team. In this role, you will collaborate daily with a Copywriter as part of a creative duo. Together, you will be responsible for turning ideas into compelling stories that capture the essence of Ferrero brands and speak to audiences around the world.


Main Responsibilities:

In this position, you will generate original visual ideas that respond directly to the creative brief and contribute to the strategic direction of each campaign. You will elaborate and execute a variety of creative assets — such as print and poster layouts, mood boards, digital visual content, and TV commercial concepts — ensuring each element aligns with the overall narrative and brand vision.
You will participate in regular meetings with the Creative Directors and Account teams to understand project requirements and core messages. You will be expected to contribute to a range of creative outputs, sometimes presenting multiple design options or developing ideas that are initially rejected. You will lead and supervise illustrators during the storyboard phase and work closely with production partners including directors, photographers, speakers, music providers, and design studios.
You will also play an active role in the production phase, overseeing the execution of your ideas and ensuring they meet the highest creative and visual standards. As a senior member of the team, you will help guide and support junior talents, contributing to their growth and fostering a collaborative team spirit.

You will also deepen your understanding of Ferrero’s products, audience, and competitive landscape, helping ensure every campaign resonates with our consumers.


Who we are looking for:

You bring with you a strong ability to think visually and conceptually. With your consolidated experience in advertising—particularly in TV—you know how to translate a creative strategy into powerful, imaginative storytelling that moves people. You are experienced in crafting visuals that inspire, inform, and captivate. Your work is precise, detail-oriented, and emotionally intelligent.
You will bring to Ferrero a master’s degree in communication, Graphic Design, Arts or a related field, and strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, and AI-based creative tools. You are a team player who enjoys sharing ideas, supporting others, and learning from peers. You work well under pressure and know how to manage time, meet deadlines, and stay organized across multiple projects.
You bring energy, passion, and a proactive spirit. You are flexible, confident in presenting and selling your ideas, and comfortable navigating structured corporate environments. You are digitally native, socially aware, and deeply curious about the world of branding and communication.
Fluency in English is mandatory (minimum B2/C1 level), and knowledge of Italian or other languages is considered a plus. You are fully available for business trips and international mobility, and you are open to relocating to Italy or other countries to grow with Ferrero’s global creative network.
