The Media & Tech business unit provides services, content, entertainment, and digital advertising solutions powered by technology and data. Through our digital properties—including portals, vertical platforms, and email—we ensure full coverage from content and advertising supply to technological development and client management.
In addition, thanks to our advertising concession agreements with several third parties, our sales house IOL Advertising supports leading companies and media agencies in developing their digital communication campaigns.
You will join the ADV Tech & Operations team within the Media & Tech division as a Senior Ad Operations, working closely with the ADV Platform team, Tech/Product teams, and SSP partners to maximize monetization performance across high-traffic inventory.
Key responsibilities:- Manage and optimize the Header Bidding stack (Prebid.js / Prebid Server), ensuring high performance and ecosystem stability;
- Monitor and analyze inventory monetization performance, identifying opportunities to improve CPM, fill rate, latency, and revenue uplift;
- Configure and optimize Prebid wrappers, demand partners, SSPs, PMPs, Deal IDs, and floor strategies with a continuous focus on yield optimization;
- Collaborate with Tech and Product teams on troubleshooting, technical debugging, and improving ad delivery performance;
- Support the technical rollout of advertising solutions across a wide and diverse inventory, ensuring operational quality and continuity;
- Interact with technology partners and advertising platforms (Google Ad Manager, SSPs, proprietary solutions) for tuning, integration, and optimization activities;
- Produce and share analyses, reports, and KPIs on programmatic performance, contributing to the evolution of monetization strategies.
Requirements:- 4–6 years of experience in Ad Operations / Programmatic Advertising roles;
- Strong knowledge of Prebid.js and Header Bidding dynamics, including auction mechanics, adapters, and bidding logic;
- Solid experience with Google Ad Manager and programmatic inventory management;
- In-depth understanding of Open Market, PMP, SSPs, and yield optimization strategies;
- Strong troubleshooting skills, log reading ability, and performance-driven data analysis;
- Data-driven mindset with a strong focus on continuous optimization;
- Excellent collaboration skills with Tech, Product, and cross-functional stakeholders;
- Proactive attitude, problem-solving skills, and ability to manage complex and scalable ad tech stacks.

Employment Terms- Gross annual salary ranging between €45.000 - €55,000, paid over 13 monthly payments;
- Any variable compensation components and/or additional benefits will be defined and communicated at a later stage, in accordance with the provisions of the applicable CCNL and the company agreements in force.
