### **Position**\n*Created in 2014, the Istituto dei Mestieri d’Eccellenza** LVMH is a vocational training program that allows the LVMH Group to **transmit its know-how**, in the professions of Craftsmanship, Creation, and Sales, to the new generations thanks to the learning and organization of Istituto dei ME LVMH courses at partner schools, enabling the participants to receive a **double training**, from the school and from the LVMH *Maisons* or their external partners.\nIn the framework of the partnership between ***Istituto dei Mestieri d’Eccellenza LVMH*** **and Università Ca’ Foscari Venezia and Ca’ Foscari Challenge School,** we are organizing the selection for the **2026 Istituto dei ME** class to participate to the **Master in Luxury, Client Advisor and Store Management** in the luxury goods sector.\nUnivesità Ca’ Foscari Venezia will welcome from **February 2026** at Ca’ Foscari Challenge School at VEGA, via della Libertà 12, Venezia Marghera, **15** participants interested in becoming **Client Advisors** .\n*OBJECTIVES**Give the knowledge and professional competencies to become a **Client Advisor** through a training program together with **Università** **Ca’ Foscari Venezia, Istituto dei ME, and the** ***Maisons*** **from the LVMH Group,** the global leader in high-quality products in the Wines & Spirits, Fashion & Leather Goods, Perfumes & Cosmetics, Watches & Jewellery, and selective retailing sectors;Obtain a first level University Masters;Agevolazioni from a theoretical-practical training that includes an internship in one of the *Maisons* of the LVMH Group partners of IME: Bulgari, Christian Dior, Fendi, Loro Piana, Louis Vuitton, and Sephora.\n### **Profile**\n*SELECTION REQUIREMENTS**\nThe selections are opened to unemployed participants who also:\nMust have at least an Italian Laurea Triennale (or equivalent);Have an excellent level of Italian and English (C1);Be sensitive to luxury and customer service;Have some basis of a third language (Mandarin, Russian, Japanese, Thai, Korean, Arabic).\nThe Istituto dei Mestieri d’Eccellenza LVMH selects and recognizes all talents without distinction.\n*TRAINING****1500 hours** of mandatory training divided into **510 hours of lectures, 150 hours of personal studies, and 840 hours of internship** in a store of one of the LVMH *Maisons* ;**Master Classes of the Istituto dei Mestieri d’Eccellenza LVMH** organized in the LVMH Maisons, about sales excellence in the luxury sector and customer experience know-how, with visits to stores and talks with sales experts in the LVMH Maison’s stores;The Course will take place from **February 2026 until December 2026 in Venice at Ca’ Foscari Challenge School,** at VEGA, via della Libertà 12, Venezia Marghera (Italia) and in one of the stores of the LVMH *Maisons* .\n### **Additional information**\n*SELECTION PROCEDURE**Online pre-selection by the Gi Group agency based on the degree recognition, the level of knowledge of English and Italian, and the effective interest and awareness about the mansion to be covered.Only those who will pass this first step will take part in the selection process led by Gi Group (individual video interviews and online tests).The selected ones will be asked to attend an assessment day: role plays and interviews with the HR managers of the Maison of the LVMH Group.*You can apply through this link on Gi Group website:** **https://www.gigroup.it/master-luxury-client-advisor/***within December 10th 2025***Selection day: 13 - 14 January 2026***Course start: 2 February 2026***INFORMATION***CA' FOSCARI CHALLENGE SCHOOL**\nVEGA, via della Libertà 12\n30175 Venezia Marghera\n041 234 6853\nmaster.challengeschool@unive.it\n## ***LOUIS VUITTON*** **MAISON**\nFounded in Paris in 1854, Louis Vuitton perpetuates the ambitious vision of its namesake.
