Job DescriptionDXC Technology Italia is looking for a Software Developer to join the Applications Service DXC Team. The Application Services cover four areas: Applications Development; Applications Modernization and Transformation; Testing and Digital Assurance; Applications Management.Responsibilities Design, develop and execute business and technical software solutions to implement new or enhanced parts of applications (upgrades or conversions).Use appropriate solutions/tools to analyze, identify, and resolve business and technical problems.Interact with client-facing colleagues (Business Analyst and Project Manager) to understand the business environment, technical context, and organizational strategic direction.Stay current on emerging tools, techniques, and technologies. Requirements Bachelor or Master degree (technical fields such as Computer Science, Computer Engineering, etc. preferred).Experience and knowledge of digital development services, Agile application development, DevOps, cloud-based applications, microservices architecture and patterns.Strong technical experience writing code using Java EE, Spring Framework (Core, MVC, Security, Data, Boot), single-page application frameworks, microservices, Docker, design patterns, architecture design and database SQL and NoSQL.Familiarity with software development processes (Agile, Waterfall) and DevOps.Ability to work with web-development tools for new applications.Basic understanding of modern software design and development methodologies. LocationNaples (NA) with smart working possibility.CompensationThe position offers a gross annual base salary starting from €36,000.
