We are a luxury fashion brand seeking a Senior Footwear & Accessories Designer – Product Development to join our team on a full-time hybrid basis, based in Milan or Florence.
This role will lead all design and product development activities across:
• Women's footwear
• Accessories
• Kids footwear & accessories
The position bridges creative direction and production execution, working closely with Italian factories and suppliers to bring collections from concept to final product.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and develop seasonal collections across all categories
• Oversee product development from sketches to final production
• Liaise with Italian factories, suppliers, and material vendors
• Manage sampling, fittings, and production quality
• Ensure timelines, costs, and luxury standards are met
Requirements:
• 5+ years experience in luxury footwear and/or accessories design
• Strong technical and production knowledge
• Proven experience working with Italian manufacturers
• Fluent in Italian and English
