Responsibilities
* Act as the HR Leader for the country's primary manufacturing facility, ensuring all HR policies, processes, and practices are effectively implemented.
* Drive site-level HR operations including workforce planning, employee relations, talent acquisition, on boarding, performance management, training, and succession planning.
* Partner with local leadership to foster a high-performing culture, operational excellence, and a safe and inclusive work environment.
* Ensure legal compliance with all local labor laws and regulatory requirement.
* Serve as a trusted advisor to the plan management team on people-related matters.
* Lead or support continuous improvement projects related to productivity, labor efficiency, and employee engagement.
* Partner with assigned BU / Global Functional leaders to understand business priorities and translate them into impactful HR strategies.
* Coordinate and align with global COEs to deploy group-wide initiatives.
* Contribute to the evolution of functional capabilities and help shape a consistent employee experience across assigned global teams.
* Champion the embedding of company Purpose, Vision, Mission and Values across all areas supported.
Qualifications & Skills
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
* 8+ years' experience in Human Resources incl at least 3 years in a manufacturing environment and experience supporting global or corporate functions.
* Proven success in both operational HR (on-site) and strategic HR business partnering.
* Strong knowledge of country law and local labor market dynamics.
* Strong recruiting and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategies.
* Demonstrated expertise training managers and employees.
* Strong organizational, critical thinking and communications skills.
* Attention to detail and good judgement.
