We’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Operations & Finance Specialist to help keep the company running smoothly day to day, from invoices and expense notes to operational coordination, HR processes, and internal workflows, while working closely with the founder and external advisors.
You will be a key partner to leadership, ensuring smooth operations across all business functions. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities while maintaining a remote-first mindset.
Accounting & Finance Operations
Issue and track customer invoices
Support monthly accounting close with external accountants
Keep accounting documentation clean, complete, and audit-ready
Maintain internal operational documents and records
Support contract administration (filing, tracking, renewals)
Help improve internal processes and workflows as we scale
Bring structure and clarity to day-to-day operations
Experience in operations, accounting support, or back-office roles
Comfortable with invoices, expenses, and financial documentation
Fluent in Italian; good English is a plus
Familiarity with accounting tools, ERPs, or Excel/Sheets
Experience working with external accountants or payroll providers
Flexible setup (hybrid / remote)
