Responsibilities:
Take full ownership of the design brief, translating it into bold and coherent design direction
Manage and oversee projects throughout all development phases, ensuring quality and consistency
Collaborate closely with the R&D; team to align design intent with engineering feasibility
Skills required:
Minimum 5 years of experience in motorcycle design (7+ preferred)
Strong ability to coordinate teams and manage complex design projects
Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative, leadership-oriented attitude
Ability to interact effectively during full-scale (1:1) clay modeling phases, providing guidance and ensuring fidelity to the design vision
