We’re seeking an emotionally attuned, detail-focused Bag Designer to join our narrative fashion productions. This project-based opportunity is ideal for someone passionate about crafting unique, editorial-level bags and accessories that blend function, aesthetics, and storytelling. You’ll collaborate closely with our Creative Director to design one or more custom bags for a visual production, aligning with themes of elegance, artistic identity, and timeless craftsmanship. Key Responsibilities: - Concept Development: Translate editorial storylines and aesthetic briefs into unique bag/accessory design proposals. - Design Execution: Create sketches, moodboards, specs, and material concepts. - Prototyping: Develop patterns and/or supervise the creation of first samples. Work with external artisans or workshops if needed. - Material Research: Source leathers, fabrics, hardware, and trims that match the production’s visual tone. - Production Oversight: Support or oversee the construction of final pieces. Who We’re Looking For - Degree in Fashion Design or relevant creative discipline. - Proven experience in bag design, leather goods, or accessories. - Strong portfolio with finished works (editorial, artistic, or commercial). - Passion for narrative fashion and concept-based creation. - Skilled in illustration, CAD design (Adobe Illustrator or similar). - Knowledge of construction, materials, and accessory finishing techniques. - Ability to work autonomously and meet clear deadlines. - Collaborative mindset — able to co-create in an evolving, emotionally creative studio.
