PpThe Offer Lead - Spare Parts (Secure Power) is the strategic owner responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle, profitability, and commercial success of the spare parts offer within the Services Line of Business (LoB). This role ensures seamless integration with the core product roadmap and drives continuous improvement based on performance and Country/customer feedback. /p h3Key Responsibilities and Duties /h3 ul libStrategic Roadmap Planning /b ul liDefine the spare parts roadmap based on the product/equipment release plans, ensuring alignment of service strategy with core product development timelines. /li /ul /li libProduct-to-Service Handover /b ul liManage the official handover process for spare parts responsibility from Product Line of Business (LoB) to the Services LoB upon new product introduction. /li /ul /li libCommercialization Release Coordination /b ul liCoordinate release planning and country engagement with Commercial teams to ensure successful, synchronized global launch and availability of the spare parts offer. /li /ul /li libChange Management Ownership /b ul liOwn and drive the change management process for spare parts, including managing substitutions, replacements, and other technical or logistical updates throughout the offer's lifecycle. /li /ul /li libPerformance Improvement /b ul liMonitor offer performance, gather customer feedback (CSAT, field reports), and use data analysis to drive continuous improvement in offer quality, availability, and documentation. /li /ul /li libPortfolio Optimization Withdrawal /b ul liExecute the offer withdrawal based on portfolio optimization, End-of-Life (EOL) strategy, and defined service transition plans. /li /ul /li /ul h3Key Deliverables /h3 ul libSpare Parts Release Plan (per product/equipment): /b The master plan detailing spare part availability targets synchronized with product releases. /li libCountry Launch Readiness Checklist: /b Documentation certifying that countries are commercially ready (stock, documentation, training) to sell and service the new spares offer. /li libChange Management Logs: /b A comprehensive record tracking all processed spare parts change requests (e.g., replacements, updates) and their implementation status. /li libOffer Performance Dashboards: /b Tools and reports providing visibility into key offer KPIs (financials, availability, lead times). /li libSpares Withdrawal Plan: /b A formalized plan for the controlled, end-of-life discontinuation of spare parts, including final buy quantities and customer communication. /li /ul h3Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) /h3 ul libRelease Execution: /b 95% of spare parts launched on time with product release. Focus: measures roadmap adherence and effective handover. /li libCommercial Readiness: /b 100% of countries ready at launch (with stock, documentation, training). Focus: measures effective coordination and commercial preparation. /li libOperational Efficiency: /b Change requests Management – verify which one to accept or reject based on analysis. Focus: measures the volume and management of product lifecycle changes. /li libChange Implementation: /b Time to implement changes in spare parts offers.
