The Customer Project Manager is overall responsible for delivering projects within DI-IGT businesses on time, on budget, and to required standard.Your role:Support Order Acquisition Process (OAP) - Site planning
Work closely together with the sales team / Key Account Manager to support the OAPSite assessments to understand the local situation and the real customer needTrigger site planning to create a site preparation package to get upfront insight into room layout and technical specificationsSeamless interface between customer and business center aiming to achieve "right first time" room planning and support on-time deliveryCreate project plans / budgets and perform risk assessment during the OAP to meet customer needs and to create a beneficial quote
Order Realization Process (ORP) - Installation Project
Be the main interface during the project with the customerCreate project and milestone dates/planning in a project management tool (PSA)Ensure that all required materials, resources, and activities are ordered, planned, and executedWeekly review of the installation project plan with all stakeholdersManage issues according to the escalation processManage risks and ensure that the project stays within budget and on timeOrganize the execution of the actual installation and required user trainingEnsure customer acceptance (and signed handover document)Escalate deviations from plan / budget to Supply Chain ManagementAble to support full‐multi modality projects
You're the right fit if you have:Education and Certifications
Master or bachelor degree or an equivalent combination of related experience and technical educationProject management experience; CAPM or PMP certification preferred
Professional Experience
At least 2 years of experience in equipment installation projects (B2B) in the healthcare industryProven track record of leading project implementations or team coordination of both internal and external resources
Technical Knowledge
Expertise in site preparation and planning for various modalities, including knowledge of product specifications and room requirements such as supporting clinical workflowsUnderstanding of supply chain processes
Skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyEffective communication and customer interaction skills (both phone and face‐to‐face)Proficient in tools such as Outlook, Word, Excel, MS Project, and other Windows‐based applicationsFluent in English (verbal and written), plus the local language
