This role requires extensive experience as an AI Solution Analyst, capable of conducting analyses independently with clients and partners to transform business problems into AI-based solutions. The Solution Consultant should be able to estimate effort with support from AI Research Engineers and AI Solution Experts/Scientists when necessary, and actively participate in pre-sales activities. Analytical and coordination skills are essential to support scouting activities and the writing of new funded projects.
Responsibilities
* Design and coordinate functional tests to ensure analyses meet client requirements;
* Responsible for the content of functional analysis documents for involved projects;
* Coordinate technical support for at least one client installation;
* Manage presales activities as requested by the team leader;
* Potentially assume the role of WP Leader on funded projects;
* Serve as a point of reference for client needs, guiding work to ensure client satisfaction within project constraints;
* Assist the Head of Research in technical, functional, and methodological responses for RFPs, RFQs, POCs, and funded project bids, including effort estimations.
Requirements and Skills
* Master's degree in operational research, data science, management engineering, computer science, applied mathematics, or related fields. PhD is a plus;
* Previous technical experience in machine learning, mathematical optimization, or simulation;
* Strong project management skills and ability to manage various stakeholders;
* Experience with data-driven project management methods and technologies (Agile in data science);
* Strong analytical and technical skills for solving complex problems;
* Familiarity with Java, Python, and knowledge of R, Scala, C/C++ are advantageous;
* Excellent analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills;
* Curiosity and interest in research and developing solutions for complex problems;
* Proficiency with relevant tools and technologies;
* Excellent command of MS Office suite;
* Fluent in English (minimum C1 level).
