Brand & Content communication specialist
By managing all operations behind the production of various corporate communication assets, tools and content, he/she plays a key role in supporting the company's overall communication efforts to maximise the visibility and reputation of the company's image, therapeutic areas, products and activities on a global level.
Main Responsibilities:
* Define and execute the global communication strategy and guidelines for Fidia Corporate, including content, plans and all operational communication activities, liaising with all internal and external stakeholders.
* Coordinate content strategy and development to ensure narrative consistency, supporting digital, PR, employer branding.
* Develop corporate material (brand guidelines, company profile, image gallery) and campaigns, projects and other ad hoc communication activities.
* Design and communicate the Group's identity, translating brand elements into concrete plans and projects, also aligning internal stakeholders.
* Plan and execute an annual calendar, organising upcoming communication activities and content (e.g. company updates, photos, videos, adverts, etc.)
* Ensure and guide the correct positioning, alignment and consistency of Fidia's communication across activities, geographies, platforms and touchpoints by supporting and coaching affiliates and internal/external stakeholders.
* Create and maintain a digital archive for all content, including rules and guidelines for distribution and maintenance, also collecting and managing requests from affiliates/distributors/agencies.
* Work synergistically with marketing teams to support therapeutic area and product activities, giving direction on Fidia's role, contribution and exposure in their communication.
* Monitor consumer, competitive, creative, brand insights (intelligence/KPIs) and propose new ways to improve and facilitate operations.
Requirements:
* Degree in communication, marketing, economics, languages.
* At least 5 years of experience in a similar role with both offline and online expertise, preferably in medium to large companies.
* Previous experience or background in the pharmaceutical/medical field would be considered a plus.
* Very good ability in copywriting and storytelling, to define and drive Fidia’s key messages, style, tone of voice cross device and multimedia (post, video, podcast etc.), including managing external creators.
* Good knowledge and understanding of graphic design tools and video making is a plus.
* Fluent in English.
* Critical thinking and flexibility, as well as determination and ability to work in a team.
