Partner with Italian business leaders to implement HR strategies aligned with business objectivesEnsure compliance with Italian labor law, payroll processes, and employment regulationsBuild strong employee relations and support a positive, engaging workplace cultureSupport end‐to‐end talent processes including onboarding, development, and retentionManage local HR systems, data accuracy, and administrative processesDeliver local training and employee development initiativesAdvise on compensation & benefits, performance management, and business design
Who we're looking for
Degree in Human Resources, Law, Psychology, or a related disciplinePrevious HR experience, ideally within a multinational environmentStrong experience with Italian payroll and labor relations is essentialConfident communicator with excellent interpersonal and stakeholder‐management skillsResilient, emotionally intelligent, and solutions‐focusedFluent Italian (C2)Experience with HR reporting and communication tools is advantageous
