PT\n\nMain duties:\n\nTo provide consistent and exceptional standard of customer service in the store.\n\nThe Role:\n\nTo maximize sales for the store;\n\nTo develop enduring relationships with clients;\n\nTo provide product, promotion, and pricing information by clarifying customer request;\n\nTo approach customers and offer them advice and support on product to persuade them to buy;\n\nTo manage promotional allowance, rebate, and pricing discrepancies by researching promotion details and regular and special prices;\n\nTo understand and be able to advise customers on smart professional dress and appearance;\n\nTo resolve order and inventory problems by investigating data and history;\n\nTo handle returns of merchandise;\n\nTo maintain a clean and orderly environment in the store at the highest standard;\n\nTo support the team on the general operations of the “Piquadro” store;\n\nTo arrange merchandise on shelves according to popularity and other criteria;\n\nTo operate cash registers and close daily revenues;\n\nTo maintain customer database by inputting customer profile and updates;\n\nTo go the “extra mile” to meet targets.\n\nThe Candidate:\n\nFluency in English (written & spoken) is strongly desired and Chinese appreciated;\n\nRetail or service industry experience;\n\nGreat customer service and people skills;\n\nAbility to communicate and inspire customers & store colleagues;\n\nGood standard of numeracy and problem solving;\n\nAbility to work towards goals;\n\nStrong organizational skills;\n\nDynamic and creative.
