Key Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will have:
* 3-5+ years of inside sales experience: preferably in B2B services or the HR/recruitment sector.
* Strong market knowledge: with a deep understanding of the HR services landscape in Italy and/or internationally.
* Excellent communication skills: fluent in Italian and English, with a consultative selling approach.
* Results-driven mindset: proactive and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
* Technical skills: experience using CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and sales automation tools.
* Collaborative attitude: a natural team player who loves solving client problems and closing deals.
