What You’ll Be Doing
* Convert baling machinery from steel to plastic tie systems at client sites
* Run trials, calibrate systems, and train operators on new usage
* Act as the link between engineering, commercial and customer teams
* Provide insights from the field to support product development
What You’ll Bring
* 2–5 years’ experience working with industrial machinery—preferably balers
* A practical engineering background (mechanical, technical or mechatronic)
* Proven ability to troubleshoot in the field
* Confidence working directly with customers on-site
