If you're curious, resilient, and ready to grow, you'll find the space to lead, innovate, and together with us Meet the needs beyond tomorrow. /p pbr/QUALITY MANAGER /p h3Responsibilities /h3 pWHAT YOU’LL BE DOING /p pThe position leads the Factory Quality Team to: /p ul liAssure quality products and processes by establishing and enforcing quality standards together with EPR Group Quality team, driving improvement of the Quality System in the plant (“Quality is a habit”). /li liCoordinate internal Quality audits, find out improvement opportunities, and follow-up with the organization to close the identified gaps compared to the Quality Management System. /li liFollow and assure preventive and proactive activities for the present product and in the product development and follow up quality plans for applicable projects. /li liResponsible for setting the EPS and Factory quality KPIs, reporting the outcome, setting up corrective action plans when KPIs do not meet the goals /li liSupport or drive quality mission/s and quality projects /li liMaintains product quality by enforcing quality assurance policies and procedures requirements, keep update the Quality Management System /li liCoaches and develop capabilities of the Factory Quality team: category Quality Managers and Quality Promoters. /li liSupport responses to customer complaints linked with production processes or suppliers, conduct root cause analysis and initiate corrective actions. /li liSupport to define, review, and maintain quality specifications for ANC, including acceptance criteria, compliance standards, and verification methods.
