We are seeking a dedicated and ambitious Commis de Rang to join our team for the upcoming season. As a key member of our restaurant staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and supporting our Chef de Rang during service.
The ideal candidate is open to new challenges, eager to develop professionally, and committed to delivering authentic and luxurious dining experiences. They should possess strong customer service skills, be fluent in Italian and have basic English skills, and preferably hold a degree in Tourism or Hospitality.
Main duties and responsibilities include:
* Fulfilling operations according to company policies, high standards, and procedures
* Preparing and maintaining mise en place
* Cleaning and setting up floors, tables, chairs, linens, glassware, and silverware for service
* Maintaining a flawless service delivery and anticipating guests' needs
Requirements for this role include effective communication, emotional intelligence, adaptability, and collaboration. Additionally, the successful candidate should be able to work as part of a team, share information and skills, and actively seek and provide feedback.
This is an entry-level position offering full-time employment with a monthly gross salary of approximately €1,500, including separate payslips for 13th, 14th month, and TFR.
