Personal Assistant to the President On behalf of an
international investment platform
with a strong transatlantic presence (between New York and Milan, extending to Central Europe, UK, Hong Kong, UAE, and China), we are conducting a

for an:
Position Purpose The Personal Assistant will work in close proximity to the President, supporting the coordination of strategic, operational, and relationship-driven activities in a global investment environment. This role requires a highly organized, intellectually agile, and discreet professional capable of managing complex agendas and interacting with senior stakeholders across multiple jurisdictions.
Key Responsibilities
Managing a complex international agenda across multiple time zones
Coordinating meetings with institutional investors, advisors, and senior executives
Organizing international travel and high-level engagements
Preparing briefing materials, reports, and presentations
Supporting the coordination of investment-related initiatives and documentation
Acting as a key interface between the President and internal teams, advisors, and international partners
Managing sensitive correspondence and ensuring smooth information flow across offices
The position demands absolute discretion, strong judgment, and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced international environment.
Candidate Profile (Must-have)
Significant experience as an Executive Assistant/Personal Assistant to senior leadership in
investment firms ,
private equity ,
financial institutions, or advisory organizations
Alternative backgrounds: Project coordination roles in corporate finance, consulting, or investment environments
University degree
in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or Law
Solid organizational capabilities and excellent attention to detail
Basic familiarity with
financial documentation
and investment processes
Fluent English
(essential – C1/C2 level)
Italian appreciated but not mandatory
Advanced proficiency with
Microsoft Office
(Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Personal Qualities
Exceptional discretion and reliability
Strong communication and interpersonal capabilities
High level of professional maturity and judgment
Ability to interact confidently with senior executives and investors
Nice-to-have
Experience in transatlantic or global network contexts (e.g., NY-Milan)
Knowledge of agenda/travel management tools (e.g., advanced Outlook or similar)
