IQM Selezione S.r.l. is seeking an Office Secretary for a consulting company. The selected candidate will be integrated into a team with 25 years of experience in managing accounting for businesses and professionals, offering quality consultancy and continuous updates on current regulations.
The role offers full autonomy in performing the following responsibilities:
1. Managing the switchboard, reception, and general secretarial duties;
2. Handling paper and electronic documentation incoming and outgoing;
3. Welcoming clients;
4. Managing orders and suppliers, assessing needs independently and reporting to the studio;
5. Managing the calendar and meetings with professionals/collaborators;
6. Electronic invoicing and managing purchase and sales invoices;
7. Preparing and sending F24-F23 forms.
During the selection process, soft skills will be particularly valued, with a focus on proactive attitude, planning skills, and a desire for professional growth. The ideal candidate will also be proficient in Microsoft Office, email management, and preferably have previous experience in similar roles within professional firms or modern organizations.
We offer a direct, permanent, full-time contract under the CCNL Studi Professionali. The gross annual salary will be evaluated based on the candidate's actual experience.
Work location: Merone (CO) - Como - Milan - Lecco - Lombardy
Working hours: Full-time
