Lead contract renewals and commercial renegotiations with defined savings targetsChallenge pricing models, rate cards, and cost structuresIdentify scope optimisation, consolidation, bundling, and efficiency opportunitiesPrevent cost leakage and ensure long-term economic robustness of agreements
