Aumenti le sue possibilità di ottenere un colloquio leggendo la seguente panoramica di questo ruolo prima di candidarsi.\nAbout the job\nBased in Milan, the Europe E-Business Specialist will be reporting to the Europe Area Manager and will be responsible for the online channel to support the strategic growth of our e-retailers across DACH, Benelux, Scandinavia and Eastern Europe.\nThe manager collaborates closely with local and regional stakeholders, especially with EMEA E-Business team, ensuring alignment with the brand's strategy and E-Business objectives.\nMain Activities and Responsibilities\nEnsure perfect CARS (Content, Assortment, Rating & Reviews, Search) execution of Dolce&Gabbana; Beauty on E-Retail websites.\nCollect information and optimize E-Retailers' activation plans, aligning them with Commercial and Marketing priorities.\nNegotiate with local markets to secure proper coverage for the online channel.\nCollaborate closely with internal multifunctional teams to proactively streamline all aspects of E-commerce & Digital processes.\nProcess local markets' requests and align with Global guidelines for approving material go-live.\nMonitor, report and optimize E-commerce KPIs (Sales, Market Share, Online weight, ROAS, CR, Traffic, SOV, SOS, Content Score).\nProvide regular digital updates to EMEA team and Export Sales and Marketing teams.\nMonitor key competitors' E-commerce activities across markets.\nKey Requirements & Competencies\n1-3 years of experience in E-commerce/Digital fields.\nHighly organized with strong attention to detail.\nData-driven with proficient analytical skills.\nVery good skills with Excel & MS Office.\nProfessional fluency in English.\nOpen, dynamic, flexible, highly motivated, team-oriented, and capable of working independently. xpavfwm\nExperience in Beauty and/or Luxury Fashion industries will be considered as a plus.
