Pfizer assumes a position for a Talentuoso HR Client Facing Specialist within the People Experience function at the Milan site. The role offers a fixed-term contract of 12 months.
Purpose of the role:
Support the People Experience function, particularly the Client Facing team at the Milan site, in personnel management activities, People Development initiatives, Engagement, Diversity & Inclusion, funded training projects, and budget management.
Main responsibilities:
* HR Management Area: support the off-boarding process and internal mobility. Provide support to managers for their HR processes;
* People Development Area: contribute to organizing and monitoring activities promoting personnel development tools, talent management, and learning;
* Funded Training Area: support planning, organization, and administrative management of funded training courses from Fondimpresa / Fondirigenti;
* Engagement / Culture / Diversity & Inclusion Area: provide HR data and support corporate initiatives;
* Budget Management Area: support site managers in managing the budget for joint initiatives, liaising with the Finance function.
Requirements:
* Membership in protected categories for disabled persons under art. 1 l.68 / 99 (disability percentage equal or greater than 46%);
* Degree or previous experience in HR;
* At least 2 years of work experience;
* Excellent spoken and written English skills;
* Excellent knowledge of the Office suite;
* Proven experience with Excel and PowerPoint;
* Proactivity, problem solving, teamwork skills, and good interpersonal skills complete the profile.
