Outreach Manager
to handle lead generation and relationship-building across multiple channels — email, LinkedIn, and freelance platforms like Fiverr and Upwork. You’ll be a key player in connecting our agency with new clients and partners, driving business growth through smart, personalized outreach campaigns. Responsibilities
Manage and execute
email outreach campaigns
to generate new leads and opportunities Conduct
LinkedIn outreach
to connect with potential clients, partners, and collaborators Oversee
Fiverr and Upwork accounts
, including proposal writing, messaging, and profile optimization Schedule and coordinate
meetings and follow-ups
between prospects and our internal team Maintain an organized
CRM or tracking system
to monitor outreach performance and conversion rates Collaborate with leadership to refine outreach strategy and improve communication flows Requirements
1+ year experience in
outreach, sales, or client acquisition
(agency experience preferred) Strong written and verbal communication skills in English Familiarity with
LinkedIn Sales Navigator, cold email tools

freelance platforms (Fiverr, Upwork)
