For our client, a multinational company leader in global manufacturer of lifting and material processing products and services, we are searching for a: SERVICE TECHNICIAN. Key Responsibilities: - Performing maintenance and providing customer support. - Commissioning, use and maintenance training for customer. - Field intervention. - Diagnosing problems and coming up with solutions to repair them. - Filling out detailed reports and keeping records on services that have been performed. - Repairing machine and testing them to ensure they are working correctly. - Building and maintaining relationships with customers. - Cooperating with technical teams and sharing information across the organization. - Collaborating internally with other departments. Qualifications &Experience Required: - Technical Degree or similar certification. - Experience as electronic technician or similar role. - Experience with electronic testing and electronic components. - Ability to repair, service, test and troubleshoot machine. - Ability to work flexible hours and work around a changing schedule. - Good English skills are required. French language is preferred. - Excellent communication, interpersonal and diagnostic skills, ability to effectively manage time. - Availability to travel worldwide for service. Site of Work: Bologna
