Your Opportunity:
The analyst is part of the Global FP&A team. This position will have a strong focus on the Retail channel and will be responsible for the preparation of the reports in order to monitor the Brand performances, the financial forecast/budget for the company and the profitability analysis by Region and Channel. The controller will support senior management, providing both strategic insights and in-depth analysis by working cross functionally across divisions/regions.
Your Contribution:
Preparing management reports and KPIs, providing analysis of the key areasRetail daily/weekly reporting for the top management, coordinating all regional teamsMonitoring Retail profitability, focusing on channels and seasonalityCoordinate the WW retail global tracking of new openings and closures in conjunction with all the regional teams and the HQ Real Estate departmentSupport the top Management with presentation, dashboards and performance indicators on all relevant projectsSupporting the preparation of Earning release analysis requested by the HoldingSupporting the preparation of budgets, reforecasts and 3-year plans in conjunction with all the different teams involved in the processAssisting in Monthly and Quarterly closings and provide comments and analysis vs budgetsCarry out regular business performance analysis, analysing variances from budget/forecast, with focus on subsidiaries in conjunction with the opex controlling and consolidation teamsMonitoring Retail Capex spending against investment budgets and highlighting areas of overspend
Your Skills:
Bachelor's degree (Finance or Accounting preferred)3-5 years' experience as business controller, consulting or auditBackground of experience in a Fashion/Luxury company is a plusFluent in Italian and EnglishProficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPointExperience with Planning tool/software, Hyperion and Tagetik a plusExperience with business intelligence tools such as OBIEE and PowerBI is a plusGood relationships skills, social intelligence and teamworkStrong analytical, problem solving, organizational and interpersonal skillsAble to work under pressure in a complex & fast-changing environment
