The candidate will collaborate with external agencies and client stakeholders to understand, formulate, and implement solutions across all aspects of CRM.ResponsibilitiesAnalyze and understand business requirements thoroughly.Collaborate with clients to define solutions.Engage with the team to resolve CRM-related issues.Assist developers in implementing minor features.Provide regular updates to the IT Manager for project monitoring.Support external agencies on technical CRM aspects.Knowledge SkillsProficiency in C# .NET, React, and SQL programming.Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.Skills in developing plugins and custom APIs.Ability to develop console applications and REST/SOAP web services.Proficiency in SSIS packages (dtsx).Experience creating Azure Data Factory pipelines.Familiarity with Azure components like Service Bus, Azure Functions, App Registration, and App Service.Knowledge of Azure DevOps, Git, Bitbucket, Jenkins, Jira, and Bicep.Familiarity with Azure Synapse Link.Experience using Power BI and Qlik Sense.
