Together, let's build a brighter, healthier future for all. /p h3Operations Team Leader Overview /h3 pThe Operations Team Leader is responsible for effectively managing production and packaging operators within the shift and developing collaborative partnerships with colleagues, delivering the agreed to business and plant results while maintaining positive employee relations. The primary accountabilities of the role include daily production schedule adherence, quality, EHS, logistics, production financial performance, labor relations, people and team development. The Operations Team Leader has to be an effective and valuable member of the production team, to ensure delivery of plant business results.
