PpbQuality Assurance Manager Global Markets /b – Bolton Food, Cermenate, IT /p h3Overview /h3 pWe are looking for a Quality Assurance Manager Global Markets to join our Quality Department in the Bolton Food business unit based in Italy. /p h3How You Make the Difference /h3 pYou will act as a key link between customers and internal teams, leveraging technical expertise and a solution‑oriented mindset to enhance quality performance and deliver reliable, compliant products. /p h3Agenda /h3 ul liAct as the technical point of contact for customers on quality, food safety, and product specifications. /li liManage customer technical requests and coordinate with internal teams (Quality, Plant QC, Regulatory, and Operations) to validate information. /li liHandle customer and consumer complaints end‑to‑end, including root cause analysis and corrective actions. /li liSupport customer audits and technical visits. /li liPrepare and maintain customer technical documentation. /li liMonitor quality performance and contribute to continuous improvement of customer service processes. /li /ul h3Your Team /h3 pYou will become part of the Quality Team in Cermenate Plant, reporting to the Chief Quality Officer. /p h3What Makes You a Great Fit /h3 ul liMaster’s degree in Food Technology or similar. /li li5+ years of experience. /li liKnowledge of quality and regulatory standards ISO 9001, GFSI, HACCP (ISO 22005, MSC and Social Accountability considered a plus). /li liAdvanced in MS365 Office. /li liProfessional proficiency in Italian and English (Spanish is a plus). /li liStrong technical leadership and analytical thinking skills. /li liAbility to manage projects and multiple priorities effectively. /li liClear communication skills and ability to work cross‑functionally. /li liContinuous improvement mindset with a strong focus on innovation. /li /ul h3What’s In For You /h3 ul liWork location: Cermenate (CO) Italy /li liMobility: 25% /li liContract type: Permanent /li liWorking hours: Full Time /li liCompany canteen /li liRemote working: Standard business hours with remote working options available /li /ul pWe promote an inclusive working environment and welcome applications regardless of gender, age, background, or other personal characteristics.
