/p pAs a Technical Support Engineer – Mechatronics Specialist, you will join the General Vacuum (GV) EMEA Customer Centre, part of Edwards, an Atlas Copco Group company, supporting customers and internal teams across Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA).
/p pYou will act as a first and second point of contact for aftersales technical enquiries related to mechanical and electrical systems of vacuum pumps and leak detection equipment.
Working closely with customers, Field Service Engineers, Sales and Service teams, you will play a key role in diagnosing complex issues, guiding corrective actions, and ensuring high-quality technical support while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
