We are looking for a Localization Project Manager.
We seek a Project Manager for our Enterprise clients to oversee translation projects, collaborate with translators, and work directly with top clients in the digital space, primarily during San Francisco working hours (8am-5pm PT).
This is a fully remote contractor role, allowing you to work from your preferred location.
As Project Manager, you will create and manage projects across various service types and clients, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and budget compliance. You will support clients and linguists throughout projects and ensure process adherence. You may work alongside Senior Project Managers (SPjMs) to ensure client satisfaction and support Associate Project Managers (APjMs) on production tasks for specific clients or services.
Key responsibilities
* Manage and oversee all service offerings for assigned clients, ensuring high-quality, on-time deliverables.
* Lead complex or strategic projects during onboarding, launches, and ongoing collaboration.
* Act as the main point of contact for clients, attending meetings and presenting production updates and improvement plans during reviews.
* Proactively address client needs and issues to maintain high satisfaction levels.
This role may require working on holidays and weekends if necessary.
A training session at our headquarters in Pi Campus, Rome (Italy), can be arranged for the successful candidate.
Requirements
* 1-2 years of experience in Localization and Project Management.
* Knowledge of the localization process and CAT tools.
* A self-driven, motivated, and outcome-oriented professional with a sense of ownership and accountability. Comfortable working in a dynamic environment.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of simplifying complex information.
* Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple demands, with a focus on detail and excellence.
* Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment, contributing to shared success.
