Overview GRAITEC Group is a global software editor delivering Building Information Modeling (BIM) solutions. We support architectural, engineering, construction, and manufacturing customers to digitize and industrialize their processes for improved performance and sustainable growth. We are an international group with a fast-growing environment and a strong track record in delivering Autodesk solutions and our own Graitec software.

You will join the EMEA sales team as a Territory Account Manager, focused on revenue growth through management and expansion of key customer relationships and through upselling, cross-selling, and contract expansions.

Key Responsibilities

Achieve sales targets on new business from the portfolio of allocated accounts.

Manage the sales process from lead to negotiation and close; conduct presentations, demonstrations, group meetings, business reviews, and sales calls with internal stakeholders (pre/post-sales, Solution lines, marketing).

Act as a customer expert to analyze and challenge business needs, clarify expectations, and sell Graitec/Autodesk products and solutions.

Identify Graitec IP opportunities and leverage Solutions Sales teams to maximize attach and cross-sales of Graitec software and services; support market penetration of Graitec IP within managed accounts.

Support Customer Success teams to ensure ongoing Subscriptions are renewed in portfolio accounts.

Ensure data accuracy and traceability across information systems.

Provide regular reports and forecasts to empower the company.

Key Success Indicators

Annual revenue and margin growth

Attach and cross-sell rates of Graitec IP

Professional Services revenue contribution

Renewal performance (seats, billing, or margin)

Customer satisfaction (NPS or CSAT)

CRM data accuracy and usage

Qualifications Required skills, abilities & qualifications

Familiarity with Autodesk and SaaS-based AEC or MFG solutions

Experience with BIM or digital design/construction tools

Industry qualifications in construction, engineering, or product design

Ambitious, driven, and results-focused

Resilient and proactive in fast-moving situations

Commercially astute with a strategic mindset

Team-oriented, collaborative, and accountable

Fluent in Italian and English

Open to travel
