Role Responsibilities: Coordinate daily activities of the logistics team Ensure compliance with operational standards for efficient work Collaborate with other departments to optimize operations Monitor and manage staff performance Identify opportunities for improvement Ideal Candidate Profile: Previous experience in logistics, preferably in supervisory roles Knowledge of logistics procedures and processes Organizational and planning skills Good communication abilities Experience operating forklift and/or pallet truck with a person onboard and forks Contract Details: 6-month temporary contract with potential for extension and eventual stabilization. Location & Working Hours: Location: Novara Schedule: Two shifts from Monday to Saturday (06-14; 14-22) with compensatory rest during the week. Saturday shift from 6-14. Sundays closed, but availability for overtime may be required during peak periods.
