In particolare, entrando a far parte del Team Ent erprise Platform sarai coinvolta/o in progetti di HR Digital Transformation per clienti enterprise, supportando il team nella progettazione e implementazione di soluzioni digitali per la gestione integrata dei processi HR, con un focus sulla suite SAP SuccessFactors .
Nello specifico ti occuperai di:
- Analizzare i business requirements attraverso sessioni di approfondimento e interviste con le aree aziendali coinvolte nei processi HR
- Contribuire al disegno della migliore soluzione per il cliente, attraverso configurazioni standard SAP SuccessFactors o customizzazioni su misura
- Redigere o supportare la redazione delle analisi funzionali e tecniche di processi end-to-end legati ai moduli della suite SAP SuccessFactors
- Supportare le attività di test interni e le sessioni di validazione con gli utenti finali
- Supportare o erogare la formazione agli utenti finali e alle funzioni di business
Lavorerai su progetti sia nazionali che internazionali, a stretto contatto con professionisti altamente qualificati e con clienti del Consumer and Industrial Market, nei settori Retail, Food & Drink, Consumer Products, Industrial and Manufacturing e Automotive. Do Work That Matters - Your Role And Responsibilities Do you want to do work that is truly meaningful and impactful? At KPMG you will have the opportunity to help clients, society, and your colleagues tackle and solve the most current and complex challenges.
KPMG Advisory provides consulting services to businesses, supporting them in transforming their business models, improving and digitalizing processes, analyzing and managing risks, as well as providing support in extraordinary finance transactions.
In particular, by joining the Enterprise Platform Team you will be involved in HR Digital Transformation projects for enterprise clients, supporting the team in the design and implementation of digital solutions for the integrated management of HR processes, with a focus on the SAP SuccessFactors suite.
Specifically, you will be responsible for:
- Analyzing business requirements through in-depth sessions and interviews with the business areas involved in HR processes
- Contributing to the design of the best solution for the client, through standard SAP SuccessFactors configurations or tailored customizations
- Drafting or supporting the drafting of functional and technical analyses of end-to-end processes related to the modules of the SAP SuccessFactors suite
- Supporting internal testing activities and validation sessions with end users
- Supporting or delivering training to end users and business functions
You will work on both national and international projects, in close contact with highly qualified professionals and with clients in the Consumer and Industrial Market, across the Retail, Food & Drink, Consumer Products, Industrial and Manufacturing, and Automotive sectors. - A background in Economics or Management with an interest in HR topics and information systems
- A drive to work as a consultant on business processes in the Human Resources domain
- An excellent command of the English language, ideally supported by study or work experience abroad
