The organisation is continuing to expand across Europe and is now hiring a n Cybersecurity Engine er to strengthen its internal security capability in Milan, one of its key regional hub s.This is a hands-on role focused on securing the corporate IT environment across cloud, SaaS, identity, endpoints and business applications. You'll work closely with regional IT teams, global security colleagues and compliance stakeholders to improve controls, reduce risk and support a more mature security function across EME

Key Responsibili tiesImplement and maintain security controls across Microsoft 365, Azure, Entra ID, endpoints, SaaS platforms and business applicati ons.Monitor endpoint, identity, cloud and application security events, investigating alerts and supporting incident respo nse.Support IAM controls including MFA, conditional access, privileged access, RBAC and access revi ews.Review security across application integrations, APIs, data flows and automation platfo rms.Support risk assessments, vulnerability management, log analysis, audits and forensic investigati ons.Help drive compliance activity across ISO 27001/27002, SOC 2, NIS2, GDPR and related customer requirem entsWork with IT, security and compliance teams to improve security processes across the reg ion.Contribute to incident response, disaster recovery and business continuity planning for IT systems and cloud servi ces.
What We're Lookin g ForIT Security Experi ence: Cybersecurity experience across internal IT, enterprise technology or infrastructure-heavy environm ents.Microsoft & Identity Knowl edge: Good understanding of Microsoft 365, Azure, Entra ID, conditional access, MFA, RBAC and access rev iews.Cloud, SaaS & Endpoint Secu rity: Experience securing cloud services, SaaS applications, endpoints, business systems or integrat ions.Security Too ling: Exposure to endpoint protection, EDR, SIEM, vulnerability management, email security, identity protection or cloud security t ools.Risk & Compliance Aware ness: Comfortable working with frameworks and requirements such as ISO 27001/27002, SOC 2, NIS2 and
GDPR.Practical Communic ator: Able to investigate security issues, work with technical and non-technical stakeholders and communicate clearly in Eng lish.Nice to Have: CrowdStrike, Tenable, Python, PowerShell, Bash or certifications such as CISSP, CISM or
CEH.
