About the position We have an excellent opportunity available for a Site Controller to make a difference at Kraft Heinz. The Site Controller is part of the EPDM Western Europe Operations BU. You’ll work in a dedicated team, striving for continuous improvement. You’ll report to our Operations Finance Lead – Central Finance EPDM and will gain exposure to senior internal stakeholders. In brief, your responsibilities include: Managing $140MM of COGS and inbound logistics costs; leading budgeting and forecasting for site operations. Overseeing product costing for approximately 800 SKUs and profitability analysis for new products. Leading zero-based budgeting initiatives. Collaborating with commercial teams and analyzing variances in ingredients, packaging, and plant costs. Ensuring accurate purchasing cost variances and managing inventory controls for raw materials, packaging, WIP, finished goods, and MRO. Handling Capex, inventory, and plant capitalization activities. Providing timely financial reports. Responsibilities & Accountabilities Implementing and improving local finance processes. Developing new policies and procedures aligned with corporate standards. Recommending process improvements for efficiency. Managing accounting matters, including audits and ad-hoc projects. Enhancing internal controls and segregation of duties. Analyzing large data sets and presenting key insights to management. Coordinating with FP&A for forecasting alignment. Overseeing account reconciliations and resolving discrepancies. Consolidating information from various functions for decision-making. Ensuring financial statement accuracy and control framework integrity. Supporting site management with reporting needs and process improvements. Qualifications Please note: You must have an EU Working Permit (excluding Orientation Year Visa) to qualify.
