Who are we looking for?
You will be guided through an on-the-job training path, supported by dedicated training sessions, with the aim of becoming a key figure in the technical support and management of applications developed by TXT Novigo. Specifically, you will be responsible for:
Providing technical support to clients: You will respond to technical queries and requests for assistance and handle issues related to our applications. To do this, you will work closely with the professional responsible for the specific application (Developers, Analysts, Project Managers, etc.).
Quality Monitoring: You will proactively report technical issues and bugs in application systems to the development teams, ensuring TXT Novigo's quality standards.
Documenting and sharing knowledge: You will create and update user guides, technical documentation, and best practices, ensuring the dissemination of information both within the team and to end-users.
What qualifications should you have?
We are looking for someone with a logical and analytical mindset who can tackle technical challenges with a methodical and pragmatic approach.
Specific knowledge of tools and technologies is not a prerequisite; what matters is your mindset and ability to learn. We will provide all the technical training necessary to help you become an expert in our application systems.
Soft Skills:
Problem-solving: The ability to analyze complex problems, identify their causes, and propose effective solutions.
Pragmatic approach: A focus on concrete and feasible solutions.
Curiosity and willingness to learn: Openness to acquiring new technical skills through on-the-job training.
Education:
We favor candidates with academic backgrounds in one of the following fields: Computer Science, Accounting (specialization in Business Information Systems), or Scientific High School.
